At ASPC we list over 6,000 properties for sale, across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, each year on our website. Each week we take a look at the most viewed property, and with 2023 in our sights, we thought we’d share the top 10 most viewed properties from 2022.
From traditional features, high ceilings and castle turrets to jacuzzi baths and cinema rooms, this year's most viewed properties showcase unique characteristics and great designs.
1.) 14 Altries Wood, Maryculter
This immaculately presented 5 bedroom detached villa, located on the outskirts of the village of Maryculter has a wonderful balance of country and city living, with the small development being set within beautiful surrounding fields, yet only a short drive from the city.
