Three kitchens fit for a star baker

The final of the Great British Bake Off is fast approaching and we’re all sitting in anticipation to see the winning, show-stopping masterpiece.

We have shared three eyecatching kitchens currently available on the ASPC site, sure to serve as inspiring settings for bakers who enjoy making their own delicious works of art.

The Coach House in Skene, Westhill - £460,000

This traditional style kitchen is charming and homely. The cream units brighten the room while the mix of granite and wooden worktops add a modern twist. The handy central island is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or quick snack.

The most eyecatching feature is the exposed granite stonework wall with beautiful sash window which offers the perfect space to store all those cookery books. With a classical, cream AGA stove and Belfast sink, this is truly a wonderful kitchen for baking.

The character of the kitchen is carried through to the rest of this lovely four-bedroom country home. In the lounge there is feature fireplace with flagstone hearth and two full height arched picture windows offering a view of the surrounding countryside.

181 Morrison Drive, Aberdeen - £150,000

Newly refurbished, this welcoming kitchen is fitted through with modern appliances. The neutral tones of the units and flooring are suited to most tastes, with the opportunity to add personal touches and colour with accessories.

With light flooding through the window, a brand-new oven and immaculate working area, this is the perfect place for a family to teach their children how to bake.

The rest of this home is also modern and inviting, featuring a good-sized lounge and private garden with grassed area. The three-bedroom end terraced property is located in Garthdee, a popular area in the south west of Aberdeen City.

49 Whitehall Road, Aberdeen - £565,000

This contemporary kitchen is a real show-stopper. Newly fitted, it isn’t only visually pleasing, it is also fitted with plenty of appliances that would practically please a baker, including a cooking range, inset sink and integrated dishwasher and fridge.

Picturesque views on to the garden and an abundance of natural light make this kitchen a particularly calming and relaxing place to whip up a delicious recipe.

The rest of this beautiful home has been renovated to a high standard, while maintaining its Victorian character. Spanning three floors, the property offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with lots of unique finishings, such as plaster cornices and stripped floors.

Which of these kitchens can you picture yourself in, baking your next creation?
