In 2023, ASPC decided to hold a photography competition. The results were so encouraging, with many entrants and a uniformly very high standard, that we decided to do it again in 2024. Twelve winners have been chosen and, in addition to receiving a modest gift, are featured on our website home page.

Photographers in the North East were invited by ASPC, late last year, to enter a competition showcasing their creative talents through the medium of photographs of our area. We received a great response and were provided with many excellent images of the rich, varied, and beautiful scenery in our area. From the excellent response we selected 12 for use on our public website front page, interchanged each month.
